Myrna has been engaged in speaking, teaching, encouraging and coaching others in the pursuit of their goals since graduating with distinction from the University of Alberta in 1980, where she studied the dynamics of relationships.

She used the knowledge gained there along with additional training in business and the psychology of sales to build a solid career in sales and business.  At 26 she founded a real estate company where she recruited and trained dozens of sales agents and soon became one of the leading companies in her marketplace.

Myrna has been a major partner and the driving force in over a dozen various businesses ranging from retail sales, manufacturing and a utility company.  She is well respected as a business owner, an employer and a consultant to hundreds of businesses.

Myrna has served as a moderator for several panels featuring some of Canada’s highest profile political leaders as well as run Legal partnership meetings and retreats for senior executives.

Myrna is often described as a dynamic, exciting speaker with keen insight for developing individual potential and recently she brought 400 business people to their feet in a standing ovation after delivering a three-hour talk in San Diego, which was followed by numerous requests for photos and autographs.
